Strategy & process
Before working with us, Enovone had tested digital marketing efforts but struggled with high acquisition costs and inconsistent sales. Early campaigns were inefficient, making it difficult to scale at a sustainable cost. The lack of a structured testing framework meant that performance fluctuations were common, limiting their ability to invest confidently in growth.
Phase 1
Optimization & Refinement
We launched with broad targeting and tested multiple creative and messaging variations to identify the most effective angles. Over the first month, CPA decreased by 40%, improving overall cost efficiency. Click-through rates (CTR) improved by 83%, leading to better engagement. ROAS increased by 69%, allowing us to reinvest more aggressively into scaling. Identified scaling roadblock to be conversion rates.
Phase 2
Scaling Efficiently
With proven creative and optimized campaign structures, we gradually increased budget allocation. Over the next two months, CPA dropped by an additional 14%, while ROAS improved by another 17%, ensuring profitability even at higher spend levels. CTR remained stable at around 2.56%, demonstrating sustained audience engagement. After running extensive CRO testing we improved CVR 250% allowing CPA to continue to fall as we scaled.
Phase 3
Continuous Improvement & Expansion
As we scaled further, we ensured ongoing optimizations in campaign structure to maintain efficiency. We were able to maintain Month 1 new customer profitability, while scaling spend over 500% with improved CVR, CTR, and all major KPIs Long-term focus is efficient scale which includes more creative testing, more CRO, and increased retention strategies.
